All products purchased on the Spa Strong website are not refundable. All Sales are final. PDF downloads are immediately available upon completing purchase. You will receive an email with the download link attached. You must click the link in order for the download to begin. If you do not receive an email or there is an error with your link, please email contact@spa-strong.com with the subject line "Download error". Our staff will correct the error within 24 hours. All physical products (non-downloadable) are shipped within 1-2 business days.
